Broadcast Employment Services, content provider for TVJobs.com, believes that a strong internet privacy commitment is crucial in making those who use our services feel comfortable. To that end, any personal/private information submitted to our site, unless otherwise designated by you, is held in strict confidence and only known to two parties; you and Broadcast Employment Services.

When We Request Information

To make use of some areas of our site, you are asked to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone, e-mail address, employment history and in some cases, usernames/passwords.

• Areas such as the E-Resume Database, Resume Index and Worldwide Freelance Directory, are purposely designed to publicly provide employers with your name, address, phone, e-mail and past employment data. Because of the open nature of these areas, you should be cautious as to what information you make available to the viewing public.

• In areas such as the Employment Bulletin Board and Auto E-Mail which are not designed to publicly provide information, all account information is jealously protected by our company. To that end, we do not sell, rent, release or give away this information to anyone...PERIOD!.

• Employers posting jobs to our Job Databases also are protected under our privacy policy. Personal information required for verification purposes is held in the strictest of confidence and released to no one...PERIOD!.

Finally, whether in a public or private area, we do not build lists, cooallate or extract information, to sell, rent, release or give away to third party vendors for the purposes of marketing.... PERIOD!.

Public Forums and Chat Rooms

Information left in public forums and chat rooms is not covered by this privacy statement. This includes information left in our TVForum, Interactive Areas, and Guestbook.

Usernames and Passwords

Broadcast Employment Services strongly recommends that any username/password combinations you submit to enable access to our services, are unique and not used for any account you have elsewhere.

We also recommend in general that you;

• Exercise caution when typing in username and passwords, to ensure no one steals your account info.
• Never provide your password to others.
• Change passwords frequently, to maintain the integrity of your account(s).
• Realize that password information passing through company networks can be collected by system administrators.

In the event there is a problem with your TVJobs account(s), a system administrator may ask you for your Username/Password to track down a problem. Under no circumstances will anyone at Broadcast Employment Services ever ask you for, nor should you provide, personal passwords or usernames used for accounts outside of the TVJobs website.

Concerning E-Mail

Occasionally, we send out specific unsolicited information on changes, new features and future upgrades pertaining to the TVJobs site. We keep these e-mail messages, short, consise and to the point. In most cases, those receiving this information have requested to be included in our mailing list. Should you receive information generated by your inclusion on this list and no longer wish to receive these occasional mailings, please view our "Opt Out" policy below.

Additionally, on occasion, we send out notifications to all registered users in the event our site is going to be taken offline for server maintenance, or any other occasion where registered users are impacted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Credit Card Information

For your protection, never include your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted e-mail or via the web on unsecured sites.

• Broadcast Employment Services accepts VISA, MasterCharge, American Express and Discover via a secure, encrypted internet connection to Authorize.Net...the leading payment authorization system for online businesses.

• Broadcast Employment Services does not store your credit card data on our servers.

• Broadcast Employment Services does not do "Recurring Billing". Should you subscribe to any of our services, you will be charged only once. Should you need service beyond the initial subscription term, you will be requested to resubscribe.

Submitted Forms

The information contained in "registration forms" submitted to gain access to our services is securely destroyed by "Shred-It" a document distruction company and recycled!

Cookies

Broadcast Employment Services utilizes "session cookies" to enable registered users who have recently logged in to navigate TVJobs.com without having to constantly re-login as they move from one area to another.

Opt-Out Policy

If for any reason you want information deleted from either public or private areas of our site, including private information we use to maintain any of the aforementioned services, please contact admin@tvjobs.com with your request and a brief explanation. Our staff will promptly process your request.
