By definition, a Pet Peeve is a complaint, annoyance or a grievance; favored, cherished, or held above others. Taken literally it almost seems to be an oxymoron. Nevertheless, we all have them. This area is designed to help both the employer and employee in avoiding common errors during the job processes that take place. It is intended to open up dialog between the two sides. This area is NOT provided as a forum to gripe and complain, but an area for constructive dialog between those offering jobs and those seeking employment.

Their comments may help you design a better way to initiate and administrate the process of hiring new employees.
