  Returned Check Policy

Simply put, returned checks are a real pain. Not only do we have to spend additional time with an account, but returned checks cost us a good deal of money; in some cases, more than the cost of a subscription.

In order to recoup additional fees charged by our bank for your returned check, upon receipt of a returned check we do the following...

      • Immediately place your account on hold. You will not be able to log in to the Employment Bulletin Board.
      • Place your name on our "Onhold" list
      • Impose a $10.00 handling fee for your returned check.

Your account will not be reactivated until a check for the initial subscription amount arrives, including the $10.00 handling fee, AND clears the bank.

Note! Checks returned from countries other than the United States may have higher penalties accessed, depending upon the charges imposed by foreign banks and by the current exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar and the respective countries monetary unit.

It is not our intention to make this policy unusually harsh, however due to the excessive amount of bad checks we have processed, it has become necessary to impose these fees.

Please make it easy on us both and make sure you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of a subscription.
